
Krešimir Šoš
Chief Trainer
Krešimir Šoš is a distinguished expert in kinesiology and elite athletic performance, bringing over 25 years of experience from the highest echelons of European football. His career is defined by a scientific approach to movement biomechanics, injury prevention, and performance optimization for world-class athletes.
Mr. Šoš holds a Master's degree in Kinesiology and is currently completing his doctoral dissertation at the University of Zagreb's Faculty of Kinesiology. His expertise is further deepened by a four-year specialization in the Feldenkrais Method. His decorated career includes pioneering the fitness program at the acclaimed GNK Dinamo Zagreb Football School and serving as Head Fitness Coach for Legia Warsaw, leading them to a Polish league and cup double. He has been instrumental in talent development for the Croatian Football Federation's (HNS) youth national teams (up to U21) and is the author of approximately 15 scientific papers. He currently runs a state-of-the-art center for movement biomechanics, rehabilitation, and fitness, using advanced diagnostics to deliver tailored, evidence-based methodologies.
Role at Synaptom: As Chief Trainer for the NeuroBlast program, Krešimir leads the design and implementation of the Neuro-Mechanics and physical conditioning modules. He integrates his vast experience in elite football with cutting-edge biomechanics to optimize player movement, enhance physical performance, and reduce injury risk.
